Using the game
By using Nightclub City: Neon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game. You must meet the minimum age required by the laws where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and supervise your use.
Nightclub City: Neon is a fictional nightclub-management game intended for entertainment. Its characters, events, earnings and businesses are part of the simulation.
Accounts and game saves
You can play with a save stored in your browser. Where online features are available, you may also use a guest or linked account to save progress online. Keep access to your email and any linked sign-in provider secure. Do not share sign-in codes or use someone else’s account without permission.
Browser data can be lost when you clear site storage, change devices or use private browsing. Sign in on the opening screen to keep progress in your account. Offline progress saves automatically on this device. Resetting the game may replace your current progress. We cannot guarantee recovery of lost saves.
Play fairly and respect others
You must not use the website or online features to:
- Break the law, infringe someone’s rights or impersonate another person.
- Harass others or submit unlawful, hateful or abusive names or content.
- Access another player’s account or data without permission.
- Disrupt the service, distribute malware or bypass access and security controls.
- Manipulate shared rankings or online systems through exploits or automated abuse.
We may restrict or suspend online access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect players or secure the service.
In-game currency and items
Cash, Gold Records, furniture and other in-game items are virtual parts of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money. Access to them depends on your save and the game’s availability. Game updates may change their balance, availability or behavior.
Game content and your creations
The game’s code, artwork, music, branding and other content belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit personal use of the game; they do not transfer ownership of its content. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, as described in the game’s credits.
You may share screenshots and gameplay videos of your club. Do not imply that we endorse you or that your content is an official Nightclub City: Neon release. You retain any rights you have in content you provide, and give us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the features you use.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how game saves, account information and technical data are handled. If you choose a third-party sign-in provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of its service.
Availability and responsibility
We may update, change or discontinue features. The game and online services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation or that every save will remain compatible with every version.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game, including loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Any protections required by the laws that apply to you remain in place.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the game develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain any necessary agreement.
